Week 2: For the Love of Food

So week one is over and I am down 6lbs!

(Now let’s talk about weight loss for a second EVERYONE loses weight at a different rate if you lose half a pound or 20 pounds YOU ARE STILL DOING GREAT DO NOT GIVE UP)

I am having so much fun experimenting with food options!!

When you first start this program/ diet/ lifestyle, whatever you want to call it, there’s a lot of information to take in so what you mainly hear is all the things you can’t have but once you get past that you get to truly enjoy what you can have and trust me there are a lot of different options.

So Like I said before I was not much of a veggie person…. Oh boy how that has changed and let me tell you, cauliflower will be your new best friend!!

Did you know that you can pretty much turn cauliflower into a lot of your favorite meals that you can’t eat on a low carbohydrate diet… like a pizza crust, mashed potatoes or rice and let me tell you
